Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective June 26, 2026
3-day satisfaction window
New members may cancel and receive a full refund within three (3) calendar days of initial enrollment, provided no case has been opened and no physical card has been shipped at our cost.
After the 3-day window
After the three-day window, all membership fees are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of when during the membership term the cancellation is requested. You may still cancel auto-renewal at any time; coverage continues through the paid term and does not renew.
How to cancel
Cancel from the member portal under Membership → Manage, or email support@global360assurance.com from the email address on file. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Corporate & association group plans
Corporate and association group plans are governed by the cancellation terms in your master agreement and supersede this consumer policy.
Physical card & shipping
Physical card fulfillment and shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable once shipped.
